Stewart Power is an accomplished Sales Consultant and Licensed Real Estate Agent with seventeen years’ experience successfully marketing and selling residential property in beachside localities on the Central Coast and Northern suburbs of Sydney.
He was born in Epping and grew up on Sydney’s North Shore and New South Wales’ North Coast towns of Maclean (Yamba) and Goonellabah (Ballina/Byron Bay) where his love of the beach was ingrained.
Following the completion of his Higher School Certificate in 1983 Stewart returned to Sydney (Asquith) where he carried out duties as a mortgage officer with Prudential Assurance Company Limited in North Sydney prior to joining the New South Wales Police Service in 1987.
It was during his twelve years with the Police Service (1987–1999) that Stewart developed goal focussed planning, organisation, communication and negotiation skills realised through a multitude of internal training courses in addition to tertiary studies in Organisational Management at Charles Sturt University thus enabling him to achieve with a high degree of proficiency the interpersonal and procedural requirements of his role as a Police Officer.
By 1999 Stewart fully recognised the value of these skills and so chose to pursue a career in real estate which he loved. He also enjoyed the outdoors aspect of work, the challenge to achieve a desired outcome through the use of all available resources and most of all was passionate about meeting people and helping them achieve their goals. A career in real estate could not have been a more perfect fit.
Stewart is now in his seventeenth year in real estate and is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Additional studies in Real Estate Management and Marketing have equipped Stewart with the essential attributes to calmly, confidently and effectively navigate his clients through all aspects of the sale process of real estate whilst complying with relevant legislation.
